try dell.com I bought my computer from there and only spent 500.00 but you can also try a computer place that sells new and used computers for pretty cheap good luck

That depends on what your using it for. What your asking for is like asking 'What's the best vehicle to buy without spending lots of money'. If we didn't know you meant 'What's the best truck to buy for that can tow 3 tonnes' then when we recommend a Chey Aveo because it's cheap and is a vehicle. It's the same thing with the computer, you need a more specific question.

Just got a Dell Inspiron B130 for $500 with free shipping and color printer. 1 GB memory, wireless, DVD, 15.4 widescreen, and 60 GB. Quite the deal.

I found the Emachine (Best Buy) was a pretty good value. Also Dell offers a nice package with good financing

Depends what you budget is and what you want to use it for. I highly recommend DELL, as they provide great computers at great prices and if you buy online, you often get good upgrades for FREE.

Build your own. Best bang for the buck and you get exactly what you want instead of things you dont need or are not powerful enough for your needs.

Anything from walmart is good. desktops or labtops. get a warranty also just in case.
