I think your last note said you can't download anything, so you can't uninstall and reinstall antivirus. There is one more thing you can do, but it maymove your ad-aware and the antivirus. But if it gets rid of the virus and/or spyware, you can then download whatever you want, right?
Do a system restore: click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and System Restore. Choose a date (bolded) that is before the time this alert showed up, like a day or so ago. Go back only just before the alert, Okay? Let the system restore to that date, then restart your computer. Hopefully you've had your antivirus and Ad-Aware longer than that, but if not, once your computer is clear of whatever attacked it, download and install Ad-Aware, SpyBot and your antivirus program again.
Good luck!

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis. Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.
