a genotype is the genetic makeup of an organism, whereas the phenotype is the physical expression of the genotype, hair, eyes, etc. a gamete is a sex cell, a haploid cell containing half the number of chromosome pairs, hence 23 pairs...sperm and egg, anotherwards

Genotype: The genetic makeup of an organism (ex. Bb)

Phenotype: The physical traits/characteristics that show up on an organism; determined by the genotype (ex. Brown eyes, Blond hair)

Allele: Different forms of a single gene (ex. A or a)

Gamete: A sex cell. When a male gamete (sperm) is fertilized with a female gamete (ovum), a fertilized egg (zygote) is formed.

A genotype shows what genes you have for specific traits ex: recessive and dominant trait. A Phenotype is the phisical appearance of an organism. A Gamete has something to do with the reproductive system of males and females and since i am not quite sure i do not want to steer you wrong.

Genotype = the genetic makeup of an individual organism

Phenotype = the physical and observable traits of an organism

allele = a gene; commonly reffered to as being dominant or recessive

gamete = in humans sperm or eggs are gametes; a reproductive cell that can join with another reproductive cell to make a zygote (offspring)
