They should start Rattay and try to win a football game. But, Gradkowski is Gruden's boy, so that won't happen.

Gradkowski, there is much upside in him. Even though potential means it hasnt happened yet. Gradkwoski is a nice rookie and with the young backfield they have (Cadillace Williams RB) its the future of the franchise. Gradkwoski is more skilled than Rattay and will learn a lot of lessons that are needed to be a franchise quarterback. One of the sleeper picks that Tampa got lucky on in the draft. Gradkowski>Rattay

I don't know much about Gradkowski, but if he's alive he has to be better than Rattay. Rattay has to be one of the most worthless excuses for an NFL QB there is.
