This guy who I work with he is in an upper management position. I asked him about budgets and our yearly raises. He said to me " i dont give a sh*t what you want. " I was really offended by his remark to me. I fear harrassment from him if I complain to his boss since he and his boss are best friends. What should I do?

Just to make sure that this whole scenario doesn't develop INTO a harrassment issue, you may want to redirect that same question to another individual that is also in upper management and CAN answer that question.

This is probably your best bet on getting your answer AND avoiding the development of any issues.

Good Luck

Grow up. That's hardly harrasment and language like that is common place in the work force today.

Is there anyone higher than his friend. Otherwise go to his friend and if that doesn't work then go to top management. He shouldn't do that to you and you shouldn't have to put up with it.
