i really need to find this song but all my other half keeps telling me its by tipperaree which is probably not even spelt right. think he is a early rapper or hip hop... im looking at a good xmas pressie if i can ind out what its called so need some help from the 80s boffins in music pleasse

Yep - have to agree on this one... Tippa Irie "Hello Darlin'... it is still available on a varitey of reggae compilations... and a 'Best of Tippa Irie' CD (see below)

The song I remember was a reggae number which went "Tippa Irie got a complain neighbour". Don't know what the title was though.
