Well I hope you know your way around the computer?
I will do my best to instruct you.
Not knowing what windows you have, I will guide you through the instructions for windows xp.
Go to Start menu
then Control Panel
select Security Center
then Internet Options
a box will appear for Internet Properties
select the Privacy tab at the top
find the Sites tab
then in the middle of the box you can Block or Allow websites
I hope this has been helpful for you! If you dont have windows xp
you can always go to Microsoft.com and find your answer there.

download a software that would control the website that can be viewed by your browsers like Website Blocker 1.0 or you can just search the internet for those kind of software.

tools>internet options>security>restricted sites>sites
you can then add or remove web sites
