Unfortunately it looks like rat-face and his ugly army are going to get the ashes this time.
Real shame that so many mistakes were made in preparation and selection within the england management before the ashes even started. The injury of Vaughan was a massive factor aswell, he's a better capt than rat-face anyday

You bet your bottom dollar we can.
We're just playing with the Ozzies, like a cat with a mouse!

If we do lose - it's the umpires fault.
And the groundsman.
And the tea lady.
The Ozzies may be good at drinking weak lager
but they can't make a nice cup of tea.

That's what will probably lose the ashes for us.
I think there should be a mercy dash by Gillian, the tea lady at the B&Q store in West Scunthorpe.

There you are - I bet nobody ever thought that the Ashes rested with Gillian from West Scunthorpe!

Not this year. I HAVE JUST LOOKED AT THE BETTING for this. You can have 25/1 with Coral or ladbrokes for England to win outright. That means IF you put £2 on England to win and they do , you win £52. SO WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU.

It will be hard but dont forget, as holders we only need to draw the series, I know we are losing 2 - 0 but in effect, its only 1 - 0 to the aussies, we need to win 2 and draw 1, they need to win 1, so yes it is going to be very hard, but if they stick together we can win. Especially now they have picked Panasar and Harmison has started to hit form. If we can have g'day today, then we are in with a chance of pulling 1 test back.

technically they can win it, or they only have to draw the series to regain the ashes but neither of these outcomes look likely no, but who knows with a bit of magic from monty panesar anything is possible

Not having lost the first two tests and looking unlikely to win in Perth.
