Technically, if you go by the 4 weeks to a month idea, then 40 weeks (full term) would be 10 months of being pregnant. Which is fine since anything after 36 weeks (which would be 9 months) is considered full term and safe to deliver. So at 21 weeks, you would be 5 months 1 week.
You can also go with the 30 days to a month, which is not really used anymore. All doctors are going to track you in weeks, so get used to saying 21 weeks 5 days. If you did that then you would be 4.9 months pregnant. See, its just easier to go by weeks.

honey, if you can't do that simple math, you shouldn't be pregnant! 20 divided by 4 (weeks in a month)= 5. 1 more week = 5 months and 1 week.
i'm not being mean on purpose, just some food for thought.
