ok
make both fractions irrational i think the term is.
so its 8/5 and 5/2.
division is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal
so
(8/5) / (5/2) = 8/5 * 2/5 or 16/25

make them into improper fractions. (1 3/5= 1 x 5 +3. ) (2 1/2= 2 x 2+1) Then flip the second one. (8/3 / 2/5) Then change the sign to multiply. 8/3 x 2/5. Multiply 8 by 2 and 5 by 3. The Answer: 16/15

first, you need to turn them completely into fractions (1 3/5 becomes 8/5, 2 1/2 becomes 5/2) and then you multiply the first by the reciprocal of the second (so 8/5 x 2/5).

first you change both numbers into an improper fraction. It looks like this:

1 3/5 to improper fraction = 8/5
2 1/2 to improper fraction= 5/2

So now you take the first fraction in the problem, (8/5) and mulitply with 5/2, but before you do this you have to flip your second fraction. So now, your problem looks like this. 8/5 x 2/5. Now multiply across and that's your answer.
