If they had last names in those days they weren't in the habit of using it. Mary's parents werw Ann and Joachim descended fom the house of David on one side.
I'll ask a Priest in a few days and if he doesn't know I'll get him
to ask a bible scholar we know but I really don't think we're going to come up with any last names.

In her days, people did not have last names. Sons were called Ben-fathersname. Like Joshua Ben-Hodad. Daughters were similarly called Bar-fathersname. So Mary would be Mary Bar-whateverherfathersnamewas. Check it out, see who he was.

I don't think she had any. Those days, and long after, people were often called "Joseph from....", etc.
