From your My eBay page click on site map and you'll find the links to follow under find another member...contact information. Have the item number handy before going thru the link, it will request that before it gives you the info, and then it will be emailed to you. Good luck! (Hopefully you paid via pay pal with a credit card, if so, you should be covered. Report the item not received to ebay!) If you can't get response from the seller, be sure to leave the negative feedback so others can avoid him!! Good luck!
By the way, if it's been awhile and (ebay will make you wait 8 or 10 days to file a claim) the seller hasn't responded, chances are he won't. I've had this happen to me and when I got the phone number it was disconnected. You're probably going to have to go through the channels to try to resolve this....

ebay usually wants you to wait a certain amount of days before anything is done. I think its 30. Then you can contact ebay and they will refund your money.

You need to report him to ebay. sometimes threatening to report does the trick, as ebay status is based on ratings from others.
