Follow the prompts into the downloads for your model. Look under "FlashBIOS Updates" And download the file. It will either write to a floppy which you boot from, or you'll just run it from windows.
Make SURE you type in the correct model. The best thing is to type in your Dell Service Tag Number. It will always give you the right one.

about the admin password bit. it is likely one in each of the concern with it. in case you go intosafe mode there is an account referred to as admin (or some thing similar), that does no longer carry a similar password as your favourite log in. oftentimes this password will be sparkling, no password anotherwards yet Dell would have placed a password on it. examine with dell perchance
