and most importantly...............
he was helping a country fight the Allies and he left to go to Russia too late therefore he was defeated by the army of mud, snow, and cold

He made too many attacks for the size of the army he had, and the attack on russia has debilitated his army heavily. Also, territories like spain which he occupied earlier, were not totally controlled leading to loads of distractions for his army. And lastly, with his invasions he made way too enemies, and there were nearly 7 nations explicitly allied against him and that had to cause his failure, sooner if not later.

because he lost the battle of Waterloo, which was based on an ABBA song i believe

in the end he was outwitted by the Duke of Wellington and von Blucher. his army was outmaneuvered and beaten, thus he failed
