I'm not sure if you mean as a transit, or if you mean as a natal placement.

The 2nd house is finances. Either way with Saturn there, good luck. Saturn loves to make everything difficult and teach lessons. So if it's a transit, watch your money. Be careful with your money, you may not be getting a lot of it or it may be taken away from you quickly. Mars is the planet of action, so that money is gonna definately be moving. But whether it comes or goes, nobody knows.

That's just on a transit basis. Really the only thing to do is watch your finances. Watch what you spend money on (Mars encourages frivilous spending or spending-in-the-moment, and Saturn's trying desperately to break people of that).

Natally, with Mars it's kind of the same thing except it spans throughout your life. Saturn though, depending on how it's aspected, can be different.
