Calmly refuse if you do not want to play along. There is no reason for you to loose your decency over an indecent proposal.

Smack that person in the face and curse them out. What are they thinking traumatizing you like that? I mean if it's your boyfriend or girlfriend then he or she might be teasing you but for some stranger or neighbor, it's is nasty and rude. I'd slap that person or call the cops. yeah call the police on them I bet you they'll never do it again!

I would treat it with the contempt it deserves. Ignore that person. If they see that they got a reaction then it will spur them on to do it again, but if you show no reaction the the thrill for them is gone.
