my friend told me i can hang out with her
but then after like 10 mins told me to go home. now i thought when some one tells you you can hang out you hang out for like longer then 10 min some one help me if i am wrong

no...normally you hang out for more than 10 minutes. unless she was getting ready to go somewhere, or you caught her at a bad time (or did something outright rude or annoying) then that was her problem of telling you to go home...and if she flat out told you to go home, then she's the one who was wrong in that situation, especially if she invited you to come over. make sure you didn't invite yourself over though.
