that's a bit extreme of a punishment... at my school any kind of a fight you get suspended for five days (so one school week) but that's it.

Tensions in school deserve a resort. As a pro at school
curriculums I can Tell you your option. One required finding
all the way from updates at the whitehouse, the newest every
students rights clearly says that unless there is dangerous
harm, you should appeal through the school committee. A
NEW office that is open is the public access Peace team and
this may be regional. The student that started the fight is to
make some real restitution, say 20 dollars worth of ice cream.
If you did, this would be nice. If you did not, think it through and
include it officially in a complaint. To be compliant is what the
president announced not to be complacent, and in the case that
the tension has a source. You can sue teachers now that are
negligent to provide an environment that is friendly to learning.
The basic is this, what is your real situation, explain it now to
a trustworthy counsellor and get results. http://www.congressional.com http://www.knowledgeispower.org

well, I am sure your school is no different than any of the others these days, its called the no tolerance law. They dish out harsh punishment for anything to do with fighting.By doing this they hope to end violence issues in schools. Is it right? No, Not always but they just dont want to waste faculty time on trying to sift through every issue as to the degree of who started it and who should suffer and who should not.Its easier for them to give punishment to both involved and hope in doing so , more kids avoid any chance at fighting or being fought with and walk away from it next time.
Next time you should hold your anger and let peoples words slide. After all they are just that "words"If you cant at least hold back and do your fighting off school property best to not make it a big show either so it dont come back to the school.cause they still can punish for stuff off school if they have proof.

What about the ex best friend? She needs to get punished too for calling you that.

As for getting kicked out of school-two weeks is definitely a long time and THEN ISS too? It's a long punishment but I think you need to just take the punishment. If you just don't say anything and do as your told people will you admire you for being able to say, "So what, I punched somebody and got a punishment-but instead of complaining about it, I'm just gonna take it and not argue with the school about it."

Good luck!

haha u go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i also once punched my X friend cause she was being so fake to me and bitchin behind my back(to boys) all because of jealousy...well it was worth it cause nobody wanted to mess with me after that haha..
i didnt get suspended though so i was ok...

but thats too bad then...yea the punishment is a little harsh esp if she was fighting back and pulled your skirt down...u should tell your parents to call the school and scream at the head for not punishing the other girl.....otherwise when you get back to school just hang with your REAL friends and ignore everyonelse whos mocking u and when u see the X friend, dont look at her..if she says somethin to just quikly think of something to say back and walk off u should mention how shes bigger than you and how u managed to whoop her *** when ur waaaay smaller..lol...if she bumps into u on purpose then just push her against the lockers...try not to hurt her but give her that as a warning and make sure there are no teachers in sight..
trash her locker lol...

No. You shouldn't have punched her. But, just curious, did you rip her shirt off? You should have. I mean, I doubt you would have got in any more trouble if you would have ripped her shirt off. And man, that would be awesome. That is... if you were gonna punch her, then you should have just went all the way and ripped her shirt off. The guys would have loved it.

an excellent type of persons like speaking right down to battling at the same time as this is been round for thus long. they say battling isn't classy yet check out conflict. the entire international is at conflict with somebody else right here. those human beings won't be able to communicate about battling because it really is a way of life, our political equipment only makes use of pawns for it. Any i am going to tell one ingredient, if you're a minor in college you could damage out with battling till you turn 17,or 18. supply no ****, take no ****. you could beat somewhat ch nasty all day and this is going to likely be ok as long as you're a minor do not hassle about it.

Well, what could I say, why should you be ashamed or anything, because she is a girl let her say what ever she wants to say, because she will reach to nothing.
And are you"bisexual" if you are or aren't there is no reason to get angry.
