PATNA, India: Police in the eastern Indian state of Bihar on Friday dug up the remains of two teenage girls alleged to have been killed by their father in a ritual human sacrifice earlier this week. Kishor Kunal, a police official at Runisaidpur in Sitamarhi district, 160 km north of state capital Patna, said 18-year-old Renu Kumari and 13-year-old Anu Kumari were killed with a sword and then their limbs were cut into pieces.

"This is a case of human sacrifice during the festival," Kunal said. Police said the father had fled since the incident in Vasudeopur village. The human sacrifices were part of the recent 10-day Hindu festival of Dassera when people pray to Durga, a goddess who symbolises strength and power, according to police and villagers.

Police said a 40-year-old villager was also killed when a man came running with a spear, yelling "Jai Ma Durga" and slashed the head of the person sitting at a tea stall," said Akhileshwar Das, deputy superintendent of police.

Human sacrifices are comon in many religions. And by the similarity this has with satanism, we can safely conclude that those religions are a more "acceptable" form of satanism. I don't know what your beliefs are, or, in other words, what is "your religion", but I know (from trusty sources) of cases in which the so called "gods" require any form of human sacrifice, either self inflicted or done to some one else, suposedly to apeace the angry "gods" so they will not punish them. The problem is, that once the deviated belief becomes a passion, nothing will stop them. It is registered in the Bible, in the book of Kings, about the profets of Bahal, they would cut themselves with knifes (or lancets) until covered with blood, and many pagan religions would sacrifice their oun babies.
I have in a CD othe personal story of some one that was exposed to a pagan religion where the "gods would require some sort of sacrifices, the story ends with a great outcome. if you are interested I can send it to you (asking nothing in return), just let me know. rsgarus@yahoo.com.

When will we Hindus stop killing our own women. We Hindus are driving ourselves to the brink of extinction because each day 7000 newborn girls go missing in India. Why are we even worshipping goddesses if we can't have respect for the women of this world. Even that many males don't die in India as compared to females that die everyday. Have our people forgotten that only women can give birth to children because it sure as heck seems that way. The darn idiot and corrupt politicians and police aren't even using tactics such as giving money to families whenever they give birth to daughters because this can be used to curb female feoticide and whoever the heck invented dowry is someone I hate with a vengence and hope they are rotting in hell or go to hell. I don't believe in dowry and neither do my parents because this causing women to be degraded to such low levels beyond human. It's because we Hindus are pathetic losers is why we commit human sacrifice. It's no wonder that some Hindu women are converting to other religions because atleast they won't be put through this turmoil. If I had a choice between choosing a son or daughter as my offspring then I would choose a daughter anyday.
