In Ruby and Sapphire, the Eon Ticket could be obtained through an E-Card that was given out at Nintendo Events. The Eon Ticket allows passage from Souther Island where a mysterious object deep in the forest will summon a level 50 latios for sapphire players, or a level 50 latias for ruby players. they will be holding an item called a Soul Dew.

the only way to get an Eon Ticket is to go to an official Nintendo Event - keep an eye on http://www.pokemon.com - there is like 3-7 events every year, sometimes held only in certain cities in the USA. This means that most players will never obtain many of these items.

you can get it from a special nintendo event or you can just get an action replay and cheat your way into getting one :).

you can only get it from pokemon conventions and things like that or using cheats like gameshark
