Ocean's Eleven - Frank?

Does anyone know what Bernie Mac (Frank C) character does? I mean Rusty has the connections, Livingston was the computer guru, Mr. Yin was the grease man, Basher was on weapons, Danny was the planner, even the two brothers were handy men... but what did Frank do? Was he the jack of all trades, the gopher, the decoy, or the valet? And if the valet, for who???

He's the one that ran the scams to distract the officials.

if you actually paid attention you´d know he played a very key part in distracting a guard and allowing Matt Damon to swipe a security card from him.
