Sure. It's a little messy but it can be done.

Yes you can. I hope no matter if you are on your period or not you are using protection always. The condom will help reduce the mess. There is nothing bad about it. Often time the vagina is much more tender and the outcome better than when not on a period. I would just use cold towels this will slow the flow some. and place a towel underneath you. You could also just have sex in the shower just don't let the condom go down the drain. ( hard to explain)

Nothing wrong it - I do it all the time. It even helps with cramps. It's a little messy, but all good sex is a little messy anyway. I just lie on a dark coloured towel, and have a shower after.
If you aren't on any form of birth control you can still get pregnant when you are having your period.

It's totally, completely fine. My bf is cool with it, so we do it all the time. We put down towels and go at it.
Cautions: it isn't completely impossible to get pregnant when you're bleeding--it's really unlikely, but still use protection. Also, menstrual blood has a higher concentration of the AIDS virus than vaginal fluid--that probably isn't a concern for you, but, again, protection rocks.
Edit: as for it being painful, it doesn't hurt for me and I find that it actually relieves menstrual cramps.

of course you can have sex when you're on your period. it doesn't hurt. If you're worried about the blood put a towel under you or him. I find that i like it a little bit better. Most women do around that time of the month, becasue you're a bit more sensitive.

there is no problem having sex while you are mensturating. mainly it is messy and it is absolutely not true that you cannot get pregnant while having your period, so if you don't want that, use contraceptives. mainly a preference with you and your partner.
