Yes, he'll most likely have wet dreams then. But everyone is different so not everyone needs/wants to jack off. Most guys however do want to jack off.

people are lying to you if they say they do.
Wet Dreams are a guys bodies natural God intended release for that stuff. Right on to that college student guy, he one up'd me on that one. I wish I never started, Dreadfull addiction it is. Im still trying to fully break it. Which Thru Christ, I will.

Any guy that says they have never masturbated is lier. But don't take it personally. Its a very personal thing for a guy. So most guys won't talk about especially in their teens.
