They look fake, feel fake, move wrong (if they move at all). In general they are NASTY!
Having a boob job may give a girl increased self esteem, but they need to have work done that compliments them, not mearly draws attention to the fact that they had smaller boob and a poor choise of surgeon!

If ur thinkin of gettin one u do not want them to have the massive gap in the middle and then the boobs stickin out at the side, but theres nothin wrong with round. Round good Gap No good.

They might looK OK now a bit false etc but........can you imagine what they will look like when the person is eighty five and on their zimmerframe with their glasses and furry slippers and a pair of these balloons attached to their scrawny chests?? Not a pretty sight (Shudders)

NO.They look really daft and obvious. Me and himself do the Benidorm walk up and down the seashore false tit spotting.They are so obvious its a bit like spotting toupees,or very bad false teeth

Show the real you, and don't try making them look bigger by using false boobs. Most guys wont care, and if they do, they're not worth bothering with!

No; natural ones look the best. Try watching Dr. 90210 and seeing what you think. From what I've seen on TV (no one I know has had a boob job), they can get botched VERY easily, so its best to go to a doctor who is renowned for natural breast implant quality.

No, I don't think so at all. I know a couple of girls that wanted those 'stripperesque' looking boobs and now they really regret it and want them changed to more natural looking implants. HTH : )

most guys seem to not like the fake ones, some even reject girls because they have fake boobs. but i think guys would rather prefer girls to date with real boobs and girls on porno with fake ones. you just have to depend on the guys style andd personality. but my opinion, false boobs are okay because it gives some girls the confidence they never had about theyre chest. sometimes thats the reason girls get them. i just think its gross wen theyre to big. wen it comes to looks in the chest area.....it shouldnt matter
