make up? every girl can never have too much make up, and perfume. go to victoria's secret and get her a perfume called love spell, its great and smells amazing. its kind of expensive tho it costs around 10 per small bottle.
clothes, girls cant live with out them
games, is she a gamer? then get her something like a psp, cause then she can take it everywhere she goes, and you can have wireless internet on it, and you can even watch movies, store pictures, and listen to music.
mp3 player
gift card to the mall? or her favorite store in the mall
her favorite cd that she wants, or a favorite movie
kitten?
bath gift set? get her some facial masks, bath beads that dissolve in the bath water, maybe a loofa, and some nice smelling soap?
im not really sure who the girl is to you, like your daughter, friend, or girlfriend, but im sure that any of the above she will really like. im 18 years old now but when i was her age, i would of loved to get any of those, and still would lol. Good Luck on finding the right gift!

If the cell and ipod are in good shape,then a gift certificate to her favorite clothing,makeup,or shoe store or a gift certifacate to a cafe like Starbucks that she can go to with her friends.

Trust me, I know this kinda stuff... Because I am a teen who is thirteen going on fourteen.You could get her clothes, Don't know what she likes?Take her shopping have a field day, but wait don't buy anything just let her pick some things that she likes.Take her to the spa.Show her you care and want her to be happy this Christmas!

Visa Gift Card so they can buy what ever they want.I wouldn't get American Express because they don't except them everywhere.Put maybe $100 dollars on it or even $150 dollars $200 hundred and she'll stop asking you for $. Or she won't bother you about the money that she wants.
