I need someone to point it out to me.
When I become manic, I don't realise. And, alot of the time, although I recognise certain stereotypically manic patterns of behaviour, it all seems very real and rational.

You realize it usually after you do something stupid (no offense). Sometimes, your friend will point it out and if it's a stranger, never.

I start to ramble on and on and on and on and there's a certain glazed look that comes to those i'm talking to. I kind of get the point right then and there.
