I don't think you can get an exact formula that would reflect real life.
What is inside the flour doesn't just depend on what kind of wheat it was made of, but because of the transfer of minute amounts of materials, what was physically on the wheat when it was processed (dust, mold, pesticides), tiny particles from the processing machines, residue from the packaging, etc...
Then again, I'm sure a textbook will have some simplified answer for you.

Flour is not a single molecule and does not have a chemical formula. The components of flour do, however. Flour often has other additives in addition to the ground wheat it is made of.

Flour is actually a mixture of compounds and so it therefore doesn't have a formula. Im sure it is made out of compounds of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.

It doesn't have one. It is a complex carbohydrate. Each type of flour, depending on the grain it is made from has different components and is a mixture of varoius carbohydrate compounds.

Maybe you are asking for Chemical formula of FLUOR(INE)
If that is the case, the correct formula is : F2
(Chlorine. Fluorine. Bromine always comes diatomic)
