Satin Hands from Mary Kay(its about 30 for the set..8 for the scrub only)...i love it there are even Sugar Scrubs($14) that smell good! its not really expensive either cause it last a while. Or you could try shea butter, aloe, or that Purely Silk from Bath and Body works(its in a glass bottle)its about $18. Or if you only want to spend $4 or $5 try Utterly Smooth!

Using the Mary Kay Satin Hands set a couple times a week and then the Hand Creme (comes in the set) a couple times a day should have your hands softened up in no time at all! I'd be happy to send you a free sample if you'd like one!

Paraffin treatments are supposed to help.
But scrubbing hands with a mix of caster sugar and oil softens them up. So does baking soda mixed with a little water. Rosewater/glycerine mixtures, found in drugstores, is a great moisturiser for badly deydrated skin.
Use plain Crisco as a night-time hand treatment; it is even more effective with cotton gloves.
