Place a cotton cloth over the patch and use an iron to iron over the cloth...the adhesive layer ( which are usually acrlylics or rubber based in a Pressure sensitive adhesive as in the stickers) will melt and be soaked in the cotton..change the position of the cloth to clean up while exposing newer portion to help soak up completely.

Try WD-40 or Goo-Gone. As with any type of chemical, test them on a non-conspicuous area to see if there is any fading.

I'd ask the store who put it on there to pay to have it removed.
