The have sound sensing organs.
They have soft tissue spots on the side of their head.
They do not have an external ear.
However, of course, even the human ear is actually 2/3 inside the head.

Frogs can hear, but they don't have what we would consider "ears".

yes,but they are not visible like ours. they are just tiny holes on side of head.
