Seriously? You could: sell propane (they use it for cookstoves); sell water (they usually have to truck it in for lack of available fresh water and plumbing); sell cacahuates (everybody loves peanuts)... sell anything that people need (food, produce, water, fresh meats, gas, spices, grains, cement, cloth) -- but this would require getting the products to the people. Poor villages are in desperate need of schools and medical aid. You could teach the kids of the village. You could help establish a local clinic. You could help bring the internet to the village! Imagine the possibilities. If you are on the Pacific coast, you could cater to the surf-travelers and eco-adventurers. The possibilities are endless. Keep in mind, that just because the village appears "poor" to our first-world westernized eye... the people are not stupid nor "broke" -- they are rich in spite of what they do not have. iBueno suerte!
