No, that's not normal. Go to your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

You haven't said how old you are. That would determine my answer about going on the Pill. If you're pretty young, then I wouldn't (why introduce all those hormones and stuff if you don't need to?). Also, if you're not having any other problems except some PMS and the bummer about having 2 periods a month, well, I wouldn't worry about it either.
On the other hand, taking the Pill will help you regulate your cycle.
If you're having two periods a month make sure your iron levels are okay, because you will be depleting your supply pretty quickly.
Also be careful and never have unsafe sex, because if you're having two periods a month you are probably ovulating twice a month too! I am speaking from experience, because I had two periods a month for 6 years (then I accidentally got pregnant!).
If in doubt, talk to your doctor.

i would probably go see the doctor... I was recently was put on the pill, or irregular period, and i could tell in the first week the change...it really depends how old you are, i would just recommend going to the doctor whats the worse that can happen, they tell you no( they probably wont) Good luck, and PMS is natural, girls are going through it a lot...no biggie! Good luck!!

Well, the pill will definitely help you with those symptoms, but I would have a talk to a doctor as you may have other problems which need professional help. As you have to go to the doc to get a scrip for the pill, you could ask about it then. Good luck.

Since you said that you have your period every 2 weeks I realized that you problem is not normal. You should go to a doctor to see whats happening to you and at same time he would give you a prescription for your cramps. Please go, don't let time pass. Good look.
