There are limits. You can't yell "fire!" in a crowded movie theater.

No - the text is intended only to limit the power of the Government to make restrictive laws barring ideology and people's ability to organize and communicate accordingly.

True and absolute freedom of expression means you could ultimately say anything you want about anyone or anything, truth, lies, doesn't matter -

But you are in fact protected against libel and slander, false testimory (perjury), misrepresentation in advertising, breach of contract, and host of other things that would otherwise fall under the "freedom to expression"

In no ways do you have freedoms of expression in this country nor do you have freedom of religion and you do not have any freedoms the courts do not give you in this nation. Now let me explain that all to you. I once was married for 14 years and had a 8 year old son. Wife wanted a divorce after going back to school to finish her degree. The is what i experenced in the great state of Arkansas. I discovered that it ok for a drugged our drunk to be on the bench. I discovered i was evil be cause i took my son to church. And that i was nuts because i believe in obeying the lawys. I found that it is ok to drug you son if your a mother and the court will say that it is ok. I discovered that there is no evidence rules just make something up. I discovered that a rule of law is only a rule is a judge wants to obey the rules and that you can express yourself but you will be punished for it. I discovered that it is ok for people to come to court in hawii shirts and short as long as they are lieing there *** off. And that there is no such thing a freedom of expression and i Discovered that your rights are a joke unless you have money in america. You see i had been rain over by a semi truck and these trash in Russellville Arkansas desided it is ok to lie steal and cheat a man that could not even stand up for a few hours. You have a legal system that your be better served with as being a trash dump.

Yes to a certain extent. As long as you aren't breaking any other laws or ordinances in the process, then yes it is protected. There are many exceptions, such as a schools ability to restrict what you say, when you say it, and how you dress. Minoritys rights are a little more restricted as well.

The answer to your question is cut and dry. Constitutional Law at my law school was taught over two semesters and 1st amendment law is another semester.

So as you can see, it is a lot more complicated than yes or no!

Yes, generally it is, but that does not mean that you have license to express yourself in any and all fashions, or to express any and all content. For instance, there are some forms of expression that are NOT protected, e.g., child porn.

Ummm, when it refers to the liberals, yes, but when it comes to anyone else that doesn't believe in their twisted views, then they try to shut us up.
