Start by explaining what you mean by "con-cloning." Your essay might start out with something like, "A lot of people don't know what "con-cloning" means. Ha ha! What dummies they must be. But if they read this essay, then they will find out. There may surely be different opinions, but the most usual meaning of "con-cloning, the meaning most used by the experts, is ......." And then you go on and tell what con-cloning is.

It might work if you repeated the first sentence or so. That would show your point. It depends upon your instructor also.
