I'm 27, 5'8", 145 lbs. Based on the below list of blood pressure readings is there anything wrong with me?

Normal blood pressure for an otherwise healthy adult would be lower than 140/90 in the doctor's office and lower than 135/85 at home.

So, your pressures are well within normal limits.

Even if you had diabetes or heart disease, you'd still be within target range (those people should be aiming for under 130/80 in the office and 125/75 at home).

That is considered normal for your age. In fact, that is a blood pressure close to a teenager. An athletes blood pressure is lower than what you describe, systolic in the 100's.
