If there is only ONE FEMALE SMURF how did she come into the village,exactly?Because if there is only 1 she couldn't have a mom so...heh. I dunno but I wanna know.IF any of you do know.I just have an inquisitive mind.:-)

smurfette although young and beautiful at the time will soon become like the queen bee, ( a smurfessa) as she matures she will move away and start a whole new colony of smurfs taking only 1 new papa smurf with her...all else will follow... 1 new smurfette... and all her new generation of adoring little smurfs... and this way the show may go on...

Well Gargemel (an evil wizard) was plotting to get the smurfs again and thought the only way to get all the male smurfs is to use feminine seduction. So he creates Smurfette and sends her to distract the smurfs while Gargemel tries to get them.
But Papa Smurf finds out that Smurfette was working for Gargemel and then Smurfette cries to him saying she wants to become good.
Papa Smurf used his old magic and hey presto! Smurfette was good. And Gargemel rants and raves about his plan not working and all the smurfs lived happily ever after.

Don’t be deceived by the humanoid form. Smurfs are nothing like human. They reproduce by fission, like bacteria, and Smurfette is actually a mutant. That’s why you don’t see long lines of Smurfs lined up outside her door to smurf it on with her!
Smurfs are actually related to the Jeep (see Wikipedia, Jeep) and the Shmoo (see Wikipedia, Shmoo.) When broiled, they taste like steak and when fried they taste like chicken. They give a quart of milk and a dozen eggs each day. They reproduce by fission and all you have to do is look hungrily at one and they can sense it, and gladly lay down and die so that you can feast. Their whiskers make excellent toothpicks.
Smurfs are just a little bit harder to kill, that’s all.

Gargamel created her in one of the albums (of the original comic book series) in order to bring discord to the smurfs. Papa Smurf later made her into a real smurf and they accepted her as one of their own.
The smurfs don't reproduce sexually. They are born once in a blue moon (When the moon is blue which, according to the books, occurs every 200 years or so).

i used to think that, then i realised its just a programme- they make stuff up!! its not supposed to be realistic. If you are trying to be inquisitive, wouldnt a better question be: what are smurfs? or something else like that? the female issue is the least of your problems when its smurf related lol. xx

There is only one, Smurfette. If I remember correctly she was created by Gargamele (the bad guy). Somehow she was suppose to ruin the smurfs, but instead she became part of the family....something stupid like that.
She is a test tube smurf.

I believe she was a gargamel creation set to spoil the smurf village, however, it backfired on him as she became friends with the other smurfs

Yes there is only 1 female smrf and maybe their village split up and most of the females left and left her behind

God I hate to answer this lol. Gargamel made her to trap the guy smurfs and she ended up becoming one of them and turned on him. There are no real female smurfs. I am so embarrassed.
