I was eating a avocado the other day and my friend said it is high in chloresteral. I do not believe this is true but he keeps on saying it everyday. There is nothing on the internet so this is my last shot at finding an answer. So does anybody know if PORN is good for you or not?

Can't answer the porn question, I'm afraid. That's up to personal opinion.
But yes, avocados do have cholesterol, but it is the good type that will help to lower your LDL (the bad kind).
