One word answer here...KOBE. There wouldnt be enough shots to go around in LA (or Miami for that matter). Kobe cant coexist with another big scorer/leader, particularly when that person would be handling the ball every time down the court. Miami isnt a good fit either, but they seem to have more chemistry and comaraderie that would allow them to absorb a personality like AI better than LA would.

Iverson is a bad choice for any team given his history of problems with coaches, missing practice and league events, and his extreme salary which isn't worth his inconsistent level of play. But if a team had to be chosen... LA would be better than Miami.
