If you have to divide between 2 persons, let one divide it, and the other choose which half they want, otherwise it would be divided upon the actual worth of the objects, based upon a third party appraisal.

The furniture could be assessed for value by an expert and the parties involved in the will could then negotiated with each other or the administrator of the estate for the pieces they want.

i am not a lawyer, but i think that it would have to be split on worth. you would total furniture worth and then split the worth by pieces of furniture
