I work at El Pollo Loco. The recipe for rice is brown rice, the seasoning comes in a package, and all they do is add water and oil. I can get the exact recipe for you, but I need you email address. You can email me at coolguy16153@yahoo.com I can have it to you by Tuesday.

Im not sure if this is what you are looking for but this is one I know of...El Pollo Loco Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lemon; juice of
1 large orange; juice of
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup Heinz chili sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tabasco sauce to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts; boneless
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together. Add chicken and marinate for 4-24 hours.
Grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with tortillas and salsa.

You take a smidgen of Chicken George, a spoon full of Kizzy and bring to a boil. Stir in keunta and some watermelon. Eat with malt liquor.
