Most definitely an olive color, I would say light olive. You and I have similar skin tones, actually:

This was me pre-bleach & cut.The darker hair color usually makes the olive tones stand out more, it seems. When I lightened my hair to platinum blonde, it made my skin appear a bit lighter. That can change it as well in some cases.
I had good luck with Bare Escentuals Tan as a shade, but Dior also has a good olive one. The Sonia Kashuk line at Target is another good one for olive skin.

tan/olive....I would recommend tan bisque from channel as a foundation
