Beans and rice eaten together on the same meal unleashed a chemical reaction that get you a much better nutricional value than just eating beans alone or eating rice alone (separate meals or sparate days) Is it true?

not a reaction. It's a question of "complete" protein vs incomplete.
Complete has reasonable amounts of all the essential
(i.e. those your body cannot manufacture & must eat) amino acids.
Beans & rice alone each are low on some essential aminos, causing you to be in nutritional trouble if you had to eat only one. (Might be unable to survive on just one, if the incompleteness is severe enough.) The combination is complete - each makes up for
the deficiencies of the other.

PS. If you want a reaction, beans giving you gas - THAT is
a chemical reaction.

It is true, but not 150%. Beans and rice contain incomplete proteins ( they do not have all the essential amino acids.) They are complimentary and together you have a complete protein.
