The Dallas Cowboys or the Houston Texans?
I'd have to go with the more secure answer and say the Cowboys (though not this year!).

Um...the answer to this question is very obvious, the cowboys. the texans made one hell of a mistake passing up reggie bush, but david carr is still doin alright, they need linemen and alot of defensive help. the cowboys are simply the better team and will be for quite awhile. and im a redskins fan so its not like im baised or anything

Houston there is way too much chaos and distractions that are going on in Dallas and by the time that gets resolved the Texans might win a super bowl by then.

I would go with the Cowboys. But the Texans are silently building down there. DeMeco Ryans and Mario Williams are nice building blocks for the defense.
