Well - in 9 months either a baby comes out or it doesn't.
I think that's about the best deciding factor.

Here's a link to some signs of pregnancy.http://www.webmd.com/content/article/51/40820.htm Around month three or four you may start to see a little bit more of a tummy, but nothing is a sure sign except for the positive pregnancy test, ultrasounds, hearing the baby's heartbeat. If she is pregnant, she should start seeing an obstetrician as soon as possible to start taking care of her and the baby well enough to have a healthy pregnancy. You could always go to one of those appointments, if she's really pregnant, you'll find out at the doctors right?

Well eventually she is going to have to have the baby right? Or at the very least show.
So other signs are that she never has a doctor's appointment, or is unable to show you ultra sound pictures after she claims to have had one. You never feel the baby move. She tells you that she is pregnant a week after you break up with her could be a sign.
If you think she is lying, offer to go with her to her doctor's visits. If she refuses then something s probably up...Ask for proof.
Why do you ask?

Everybody is insistant upon making her take the test in front of you, but if she is not lying, she will be quite upset at you.
Instead, tell her you are going to her first Dr. appointment so you can hear the heartbeat or because you want to ask the doctor what you can do to make sure things go easy through the pregnancy. That way, you are being the caring father and not the unbelieving boyfriend. She has to have a Dr appt soon...very soon, so make sure you go with her. If she gets really agitated at this then you have cause to be inquiring and ask her to take a test in front of you.
Good luck and possibly congratulations!! Babies are wonderful!!

My suggestion is that you make her take a prego test in front of you...or just give it some time and if she doens't start showing or even gaining weight!! Other than that no not really! You could always as her to go to the doctors office with her...if she avoids you on the whole thing then yeah she is lying!!

Well, starting her cycle would be one of the obvious signs. Every pregnancy is different so some of the other signs like morning sickness aren't always apparent. Lying about pregnancy is not cool. If your really concerned, then maybe you should sit and talk with your partner.

The surest sign is if in 9 months, there is no baby... but seriously, why do you care if she is lying? Unless she says it is your baby, in which case you can ask to see the pregnancy test or a signed note from the doctor.

I'd ask to go with her to the Dr.s Why would you think she's lying? I don't undertsand that. if you don't love her and don't want to be with her, whether she's pregnant or not, you shouldn't be with her. you should take care of the child (if there is one), but being with a woman JUST because she's pregnant is wrong.

If her stomach doesn't expand outwards after 3 months, or if she doesn't give birth after 9 months.
If you want to be 100% sure, ask to see the positive pregnancy test. If she says no, start being inquisitive.

You simply buy a test and watch her take it, if this is your gf or something. Another sign would be weight gain, no period, and a baby after 9 months.
