Any sperm (including pre-sperm) can last up to a week in a womens body!!
Sperm can live 2 to 3 days after ejaculation into the vagina (maximum 5-6 days). Sperm that are ejaculated only live an hour or two outside the body depending on where they are, how much exposure the sperm have to air, heat, sun, etc.

The pull out method does NOT prevent pregnancy -- you know this, right? Just ask on this board how many women have conceived children using this method if you don't believe me, dear. The reason it doesn't work is that pre-ejaculation does in fact contain thousands of live sperm, any one of which can get you pregnant.
In fact, as many as 60 to 80 percent of women in their early 20s who have regular intercourse using the pullout method will become pregnant within one calendar year (12 months time).
So yes there is a chance you could be pregnant. Wait to see if your period comes and if it doesn't, take an early pregnancy test. First Response brand is one of the most sensitive tests on the market.
Meanwhile, call your local office of Planned Parenthood and make an appointment to be seen right away! You need to get a more reliable method of birth control, such as the pill, the patch, the ring, or Depo-Provera injections. Or else start thinking of child care arrangements and diaper pails.
Good luck with that!

Yes there is a chance. Sperm survive anywhere from 3 to 5 days, regardless if it is pre or not. I have a three year old son who is the product of precum. Good luck with everything.

Oprah.. you've been secure 7 days once you began lower back on the pill. Sperm will live to inform the tale between 3 and 5 days for the duration of EWCM, which in problem-free words takes position earlier to and through ovulation, as you do not ovulate on the pill your positive.

very unlikely,
Sperm doesn't live that long, and there are a lot of obsticals in the way that i would guess would make sure the sperm doesn't survive.
You know that the Pull- out method doesn't work.. Exhibit A my eldest daughter LOL

pre-ejaculation actually doesn't have sperm. ( there's been a new study on it) But you can still get pregnant using the pull out method, seeing as men are human and make mistakes. plus if I didn't want to get pregnant I wouldn't put all my trust in the guy making it happen, or not happen. Use a better form of BC, please.
