what do you do when you bump into an ex start rebuilding a relationship together then get the feeling he already had a partner when you bumped into each other again yet when you ask him he tells you there is no-one else? I feel i am in competition with another woman and this is causing arguments between us. If there is another woman he is most certainly torn between us but i am arguing with him and she is probably loving him pushing us further apart. Do i mellow down and try to rebuild something or keep at him causing even more distance and trouble between us until he tells me the truth? Risking loosing him to someone else?

You have way too much baggage to start a new relationship with anyone, and that is what this is, ex or not.
Clear your head by being alone for a while. He obviously hurt you and you don't trust him. You have absolutely nothing to go on but suspicions and that is all they are...your suspicious. Because you are suspicious...because you don't trust him.
Give someone else a chance to win your heart. There a million men in the sea, ripe for the having, so have at them and leave your castoffs, cast off to the side.

You need to leave him along because he became an ex for a reason and you don't need to stay in a stressful relationship. He's not going to leave either of you so be the stronger person for your sake. You should value your health and livelihood more than giving in to an endless relationship. Do what it takes to be Happy because there's someone out there just for you.

What has he said or done to make you believe he is seeing someone else?? I think unless you have solid proof that this is the case then you need to lighten up--because if you are really into him and want him back and KEEP him then you need to trust in what he is telling you --Trust is the key to any LASTING relationship---Maybe that's why he is your ex?? ok you have to decide what you want from him. Is he just for now, passing time or are you trying to build something with him? If you are passing time, who cares who he spends the rest of his time with as long as you get your time. If you are building, then he answered your question, no he's not seeing anyone else, trust him. Can't build without trust.

if he says there is no one else, then trust him. and trust ME, if there is another woman, she's arguing with him too since he's spending all your time with you, and she probably knows you're his ex, and she doesn't trust him. at all. trust me, i have been the girlfriend.
if he keeps this up, he's going to have neither of you.
