Lots of good tips from others here. You can get Mother's Milk Tea from a health food store or vitamin store. Here's a link that explains the benefits of Mother's Milk Tea, and you can purchase it on-line too. http://www.tealand.com/MothersMilk.asp My midwife gave me Mother's Milk Tea at my birth. It is very pleasant.
Increase your water intake. If you don't like water, you can dilute juice 50% with water. Whatever it takes to increase your liquids. Eat a healthy diet - low in sugar. Peanuts and Raisins and Almonds are an easy, healthy snack.
LOTS of rest. Slow down - cut back on activities. Buy gifts for people on line, or better yet, give people cash for Christmas. Guard your activity level during the holiday season.
Put baby to the breast whenever he fusses. Really. You can't feed him too much. If he takes too much milk, he will spit it up, but right now, I would risk a little spit up, and just nurse, nurse, nurse. Put baby in bed with you (there are some good co-sleeping articles out there) and you and baby sleep together. When baby awakes, just latch him on, and both of you fall back to sleep. Rest makes a huge difference in milk supply, as does the amount of time baby suckles.
Do some deep breathing to help relieve stress. Stress can also affect the milk supply. Slow down, relieve whatever stress you can, hold and love your baby, and if you do all of the things suggested here (or even some of them), your milk supply should increase within 24 hours.
I sincerely hope that your milk supply adjusts back to baby's demands quickly. There are certain times when baby just wants to nurse all the time and that is usually during a growth spurt when they are trying to increase your milk supply. Again, just pop baby on the breast whenever he starts to fuss, and enjoy your little one.

Are you eating enough and drinking enough water? That was the major cause in my lack of milk supply...well, the food part. I just didn't really have time to eat after doing everything else so that caused my body to want to slow down....which caused my milk supply to drop.
Maybe you could try expressing milk in between feedings to trick your body into thinking that your baby is nursing more than he/she is so that your milk would produce more. Maybe you should also store some of the extra milk so that you have a supply saved up. Try talking to your doctor too because some women can be prescribed pills to help your milk production. Good luck with it!!!

Why do you think your supply is drying up? It could be a lot of things - the baby is nursing more efficiently, or is congested and nursing less efficiently. Or it could be a growth spurt.
In any case, nurse your baby as often as s/he seems hungry, and your milk supply should increase to meet the new demand. If you supplement with a bottle, make sure you pump to replace the lost feeding.
One more thought - if your baby is congested, s/he won't nurse as well. Try nursing with the baby in an upright position, and using a humidifier near the crib.

Make sure you are eating regularily, don't skip any meals. Drink plenty of water and put your baby to the breast about every 2 hours or so. This will bring your milk in really fast. Also, try not to stress to much and get lots of rest. Hope this helps!

1) Nurse whenever your baby wants
2) Pump after feedings and pump during any long sleeps the baby has (worst case you have breast milk for baby when he/she wants extra)
3) Mother's Milk Tea available at GNC
4) More Milk Plus from Motherlove herbal available at Whole Foods
5) Eat lactogenic foods http://www.mobimotherhood.org/MM/article-diet.aspx
Good luck!

I heard beer helps with it, I do not know the science on this, so check with your doctor they may have some helpful ideas. That is a serious response, 1 beer, not 20 either.
