Yes, the results should be accurate. Although the pill contains hormones, it does not contain the same hormone that the home pregnancy test is trying to detect. :)

The pill won't change the results of your pregnancy test. If that was the case, they would warn you of it on the package of your pills.

The pill does not affect the test. It measure HCG and that has nothing to do with the pill.

Yes, because if you are pregnant the hormone levels change in your urine. The pill does not effect this.
