I know what needs to be replaced, i know how much it is, But i dont know where it is at!!!

You probably don't see it because it looks like a mini - distributor in the vertical position and under a bracket. It's in between the heads on the block deck on the back or opposite the pulley side if I remember correctly. You have to remove the accelerator cable shield. Then remove the cables and the accelerator cable bracket. The Cam Sensor is under there for the 3.0L(non-DOHC) anyway. If you have the DOHC, that is another story. If you are removing the sensor, it should be straightforward. If you are replacing the synchronizer, there is an entire process to follow or the injectors will spray at the wrong time causing problems. I hope this helps.

rear of the engine----in the center..takes about 15 minutes to change it
