Extremely. I think they still call them Federal Troops. This is a variety that has a hard time keeping their feet on the ground. Like those people who have a tendency to jump out of perfectly good airplanes.

There is probably a specific spot for military experience.
If there isn't, then, yes, I'd list it as a federal job.
